Sales Administration
Hayley joined Simon Brien Estate Agents in January 2025, bringing valuable experience in administrative support and customer service. With a background in the admin sector since 2022, Hayley is well-versed in liaising with clients through phone, email, and in-person communication. Her strong computer skills, particularly in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, allow her to efficiently manage design-related tasks.
In her role at Simon Brien Estate Agents, Hayley contributes to the creation of high-quality property brochures, window cards, and office Mood Media screens. Her design expertise ensures that all materials are visually appealing, aligned with clients' needs, and executed with attention to detail. She is also responsible for organising and processing sales documentation, contracts, and other office paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Although not directly involved in the selling process, Hayley works closely with the North Belfast team to ensure smooth operations across the office. Her commitment to teamwork, open communication, and support for the sales team plays a key role in achieving company sales goals.
Hayley graduated from Ulster University in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Textile Art, Design, and Fashion, with a specialisation in Print Design. Her creative background and organisational skills make her an asset to the Simon Brien Estate Agents team.
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys supporting local coffee shops and restaurants in her community. She is passionate about exploring the vibrant food scene and connecting with local businesses, further strengthening her ties to the area she serves as part of the Simon Brien team.
