Spencer Pinion joined Simon Brien Estate Agents in 2024, bringing with him extensive experience in the Northern Ireland property market. Having worked in the estate agency sector since the summer of 2019, Spencer has developed a deep understanding of the Greater Belfast area. He specialises in selling, advising, and showcasing homes across the region, offering expert guidance to both buyers and sellers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Spencer is dedicated to helping clients navigate the local property market with confidence. 

Spencer is a highly experienced estate agent specialising in residential sales across the Greater Belfast and North Down property markets. With in-depth knowledge of these areas, he is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, whether buying or selling property. After attending Loughborough University to study Sport Science, he returned to his true calling in the property industry. Spencer has enhanced his expertise by becoming a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, offering valuable energy efficiency insights to home buyers and sellers. Currently, he is working towards his ARICS (Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification, further solidifying his professional credentials in the Northern Ireland property market. 

Spencer is an avid sports enthusiast, often found playing hockey in the EYHL or enjoying a round of golf at his local course. A proud Ulster Rugby fan, Spencer’s love for sports extends to a variety of other games, further connecting him to the local community.
