Currently undertaking her placement year within Simon Brien's Resales team, Gracie is gaining valuable hands-on experience across sales operations while developing a thorough understanding of the residential resale process. Working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, Gracie is building expertise in customer service, property sales procedures and the day-to-day management of transactions, while supporting clients and the wider team throughout the sales journey.
Gracie is currently studying Real Estate at Ulster University and is entering the third year of her degree, which includes an industry placement designed to provide practical experience within the property sector. A dedicated and high-achieving student, Gracie was awarded a First-Class grade in both her first and second years of study and received the Dean's Award following her first year in recognition of her academic performance and commitment.
Outside of work and university, Gracie enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through regular gym sessions and long walks with her dog. Gracie also values spending quality time with friends and family, allowing her to maintain a healthy work-life balance and return to each week refreshed and motivated.
