With a strong background in both construction and property, Henry brings a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry to his role. Prior to joining Simon Brien, Henry spent two years as a Site Supervisor at Deanery Demesne, where he was responsible for overseeing build programmes, managing on-site personnel and ensuring homes were completed to the highest standard. Working closely with homeowners throughout the construction process also allowed him to develop excellent customer relationship skills, ensuring clients were satisfied with their new homes and that any issues were resolved promptly and professionally.
Since beginning his property career, Henry has gained experience across commercial property, residential sales and lettings, providing valuable insight into several areas of the industry. Henry holds a BSc Hons in Agricultural Management and has further enhanced his knowledge through studies in Real Estate Economics and Finance with the London School of Economics. Passionate about property and committed to delivering excellent service, Henry enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them navigate every stage of their property journey.
Outside of work, he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and can often be found sailing, horse riding or sea swimming. He also has a keen interest in heritage buildings and enjoys exploring historic properties and landmarks with family and friends, combining his appreciation for architecture, history and the built environment.
