Property Manager
Jess joined Simon Brien in July 2024 as a placement student while completing her BSc Hons in Real Estate. During her placement, she gained valuable experience across both lettings and property management, developing a strong understanding of the residential property sector before progressing into her current role as Property Manager.
Having now completed her degree, Jess continues to build on her industry knowledge and practical experience, supporting landlords and tenants throughout all aspects of the property management process. Organised, approachable and detail-orientated, she is committed to delivering a high standard of service while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
Jess holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate, providing her with a strong foundation in property management and the wider property industry. Combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience, she brings a professional and proactive approach to her role.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys attending concerts, discovering new restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family She enjoys exploring new places and experiences, bringing the same enthusiasm and positive outlook to both her personal and professional life.
