Noeleen joined Simon Brien Bradley Estate Agents in 2024 as the Branch Manager of the Newcastle office, following the acquisition of James Wilson & Son - an established estate agency in Northern Ireland with over 100 years of trusted service.
A highly experienced and respected estate agent in Northern Ireland, Noeleen has worked in the property industry since graduating, starting her career with a busy lettings agency in Liverpool before returning home to Northern Ireland. She has since built her expertise across residential sales, lettings, and property management with several leading estate agencies. Known for her local market knowledge and commitment to client service, Noeleen now leads the Simon Brien Bradley team in Newcastle, delivering professional property services to homeowners, landlords, and buyers across County Down and beyond.
Noeleen is a fully qualified Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA), bringing professional accreditation and trusted expertise to her role at Simon Brien Bradley Estate Agents in Northern Ireland.
Coming from a farming background and actively involved in the management of her own farm, Noeleen has a specialist interest in Agricultural Land Sales. She is frequently entrusted with the sale of significant agricultural estates and land holdings across the province. In addition, she manages a substantial land letting portfolio of over 70 farm holdings.
