    In the case of a dispute arising in relation to commercial property rent review or lease renewal, it is often required to refer the matter to the Northern Ireland Lands Tribunal. Professional and experienced representation is fundamental in such proceedings and our Lease Advisory Team is experienced in providing reports for both Landlords and Tenants as Expert Witnesses.
